Returns or sets a value that determines whether the MSHFlexGrid should scroll its contents while the user moves the scroll box along the scroll bars.

Settings
The settings for Boolean are:

| True | The MSHFlexGrid scrolls its contents while the user moves the scroll box along the scroll bar. |
| False | The MSHFlexGrid content only changes once the scroll box is released. This is the default. |
Remarks
Set this property to False to avoid excessive scrolling and flickering. Only set it to True to emulate other controls that have this behavior or to view rows and columns as they are being scrolled.
