Expands all rows of the specified band within the MSHFlexGrid.
Syntax
object.ExpandAll(number)
The ExpandAll method syntax has these parts:

| number | Optional. A Long value that specifies the band that contains the rows to expand. If not specified, the default value is รป1. |
