Certain modem commands and status codes have now been made variable.
The variables default to their own value, and may be set in the Config
file, or as environment variables.
eg setenv +FLID +FLI
will result in the string +FLI rather than +FLID being used for
setting the local ID code.
Variables are:

Transmitting station identifier follows

Fax hangup (terminal)
