This document was produced using the L^ATEX document preparation system macro package for AmigaTEX , Tomas Rokicki's implementation of Donald Knuth's TEX typesetting system, running entirely on Commodore Amiga computers. It was printed on a Hewlett Packard LaserJet III printer, using an Adobe PostScript cartridge.
