›               o=o=o=o=o=››           PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE›            by Jack Gedalius››           July--August, 1997››› At the May meeting Al Sharkis  demoed› a great utilitiy disk for Sparta Dos.› It consists of a statistics  program,› Atariwriter  Plus for Sparta Dos, and› saves word processor files to  a  RAM› disk.›› At the June meeting Ron Fetzer demoed› a catalogue  disk-file  program.   He› designed  this program which he calls› "Quick Cataloguer."  It is  all  done› on a RAM disk D8:.  It can handle 810› files at one time.  Soon it  will  be› in  the OL'Hackers' disk library.  He› uses this program  to  catalogue  our› library  which he discovered consists› of 17000 files on disks.›› Al Sharkis demoed the new San Leandro› newsletter  disk.
