#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*››           PRESIDENTS MESSAGE›              By ALEX PIGNATO››      By  the  time you read  this, it›may be announced OFFICIALLY-but I  can›report  UNOFFICIALLY,  that the stated›goal  of  500  8  BIT'ers  willing  to›subscribe to an ALL 8 BIT  MAGAZINE-to›be  published  by  the   publisher  of›ATARI  INTERFACE  MAGAZINE,  has  been›achieved.   Now   lets   see   if  the›publishers are willing to go ahead  as›has  been announced. If an 8 BIT owner›does not belong to a USERS GROUP,  its›almost  impossible  for  them  to  get›news,  reviews,  P.D.  programs,  help›with  their problems, etc. etc., so if›you know anyone  with  an  ATARI  tell›them  to  join  a  club.  Some of your›friends who have children may have  an›ATARI 8 BIT gathering dust. Broach the›subject of computers, and  then  slyly›sneak  in  the  natural  question, "Do›your   children    have    an    ATARI›COMPUTER?".  Be  sure   to   EMPHASIS,›'COMPUTER',  so  that if they say Yes,›then you can start your routine  about›all    the   things   the   'COMPUTER'›(emphasized) can do, an all that  your›friend  is  missing,  and  how this is›part   of  the  wave  of  the  future.›Surely, you say, "You dont want to  be›MORE IGNORANT than your little 10 year›old, do You?" ››         ** S P E C I A L **››      This  months  newsletter  has  a›special feature by our own RON FETZER.›RON has put together 3  programs  (see›BONUS)  which  combined with 1st XLENT›Word Processor, will alow for GRAPHICS›in  with your Text.
