Borrowed a hook and line and went fishing this morning. Caught a nice basket of yellow perch. Still no supplies to cook with so I roasted a few fish on a stick over a fire and traded the rest with some children up the road for a few onions and turnips. The vegetables aren’t so fine but will keep a few days till my cooking pot arrives.
