License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
using this software.  Use of this software indicates your acceptance
of these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with them, do
not use the software.

Shareware Version

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
a registration fee of £19.99 is required.  Payments must be in
sterling, and discounts will be given for large orders. See the file
REGISTER.WRI for the registration details.

Unregistered use of SpellWrite after the 30 day evaluation period is
in violation of copyright laws.

Governing Law

The governing Law of this agreement shall be that of England.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This software and accompanying files are sold "AS IS" and
without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any
other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which this
software may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular
purpose is offered.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any
liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product
replacement or refund of purchase price.
