DESCRIPTION:

DocLimit is a Windows 95 utility that limits the number of documents that appear off the Start button's "Recent Document List."  Please see DOCLIMIT.HLP for more information.

INSTALATION:

To install DocLimit: 

1. Create a new folder called DocLimit.
2. Copy all DocLimit files to the new DocLimit folder.
3. Create a shortcut to the file DOCLIMIT.EXE.
4. Place the shortcut in:  'C:\WINDOWS\StartMenu\Programs\StartUp'

NOTE:  See your Windows 95 documentation for information on how to create shortcuts.

Please see REGISTER.TXT and LICENSE.TXT for other important information.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS WITH DISK UTILITIES SUCH AS SCANDISK OR DEFRAG:

ScanDisk, Defrag, and other disk utilities may have difficulty running properly while DocLimit is running.  It is reccomended that you shut down DocLimit before running any disk utilities on your system.
