Using the Favorites List

You can use your Favorites list to maintain a list of frequently used files.

To add the current page to your Favorites list

• From the Favorites menu, choose Add To Favorites.
  Or click the Add To Favorites toolbar button.
  

To open a file in the Favorites list

1. From the Favorites menu, choose Open Favorites.
   Or click the Open Favorites toolbar button.
   
2. Double-click the file you want to open.

To delete a file or folder from the Favorites list

1. From the Favorites menu, choose Open Favorites.
   Or click the Open Favorites toolbar button.
   
2. Select the file or folder you want to delete, and then choose the Remove Item button.
   

To edit an entry in the Favorites list

1. From the Favorites menu, choose Open Favorites.
   Or click the Open Favorites toolbar button.
   
2. Select the file or folder you want to edit, and then choose the Edit button.
   You can change the title or address (URL) of a Favorite.

To export your Favorites list

1. From the Favorites menu, choose Open Favorites.
   Or click the Open Favorites toolbar button.
   
2. Choose the Export button.
   
3. Type or select a name for the Favorites file.
   Choose OK.
   Microsoft Internet Explorer creates an .htm file with links to all of your favorite pages.
