Printers -------- Invoice90 has turned up some funny results when printing, this is mainly due to incompatiable printer drives (mainly dot matrix printers). For ideal printing use a HP laserjet III or a Cannon BJ-200ex bubble jet. Backups ------- There are three files you should backup to store your data INVOICE.MDB INVOICE.LDB INVOICE.INI You should find that using compression on these file will considerable reduce the total file size necessary to backup. Corrupted data -------------- If you cannot repair the database from Invoice90 and an error occurs, Contact Micro90. changing fonts for company name ------------------------------- change the INVOICE.INI file, enter the font name on line CUSTOMER_DETAILS_W=[fontname] changing column titles --------------------- Column titles are currenly set in lines CUSTOMER_DETAILS_P=quantity CUSTOMER_DETAILS_Q=Description CUSTOMER_DETAILS_R=Unit Cost CUSTOMER_DETAILS_S=Nett Date formats ------------ the user can change the date format to either DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY you must always set this as you have with the windows calander function in the control panel.
