Francesca's older brother is a legend in the music industry and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Recognized world-wide as the craziest heavy metal vocalist of all time, he is best known for the performance when he bit the head off of a Pez candy dispenser that a fan threw on to the stage.

Although he has a girlfriend in every town his band Flesh Possessed plays in, he longs for the love of Cathie Walker, who recently was married to Antonio Biscotti. Steve is the only person to be banned from the Betty Ford Clinic, being declared incurable.
