How to obtain larger file formats for comping

Of necessity, the "comping size" images on this disc are relatively small. As you can see, above, they're fine for "trying out" to see how things will fit and look, but sometimes you'll want a more detailed version for those important client presentations. Easily done for a very small fee:

The "multi-media" size versions that are available on our website for $24.95 are 600K (5"X7"), completely unwatermarked, and will give your layouts and presentations a punchier look. If the project is approved and you want to go ahead and purchase full reproduction size file formats, you can easily do so when you're ready.

Note: There are advantages and disadvantages to each of these search interfaces. Most customers tell us they like to switch between them, preferring the "Start Here" html interface to brainstorm, review discs and generate ideas.

1.The Extensis Portfolio� Keyword Interface

Portfolio� is a popular image asset organizer offered by the Extensis� Corporation. They provide a scaled-down "read only" version of their browser, which is included on this disc.

Portfolio� is a purely keyword-based system, which has both advantages and disadvantages. More tips on accessing and using the Portfolio� browser.

2.The html Internet Browser Interface

Click "Start Here" and you'll launch the contents of this CD-ROM within your Internet browser.

As you familiarize yourself with all the facilities on this disc, you'll find that locating images for your project, and then purchasing them for final use, is fast, easy and efficient.

We encourage you to experiment with the variety of "search mechanisms" provided on this disc. Sometimes you'll want to use a keyword search to find exactly what you need. Other times the "Brainstormer" will help you generate ideas.

In all cases, we also provide quick links directly to our website so that you can easily expand your search online, using your preliminary search from this disc as the starting point.
