This screen shows that you already have a cemetery ID existing on the master file that is the same as the ID in your laptop file. If they are they same you can just answer yes and the transfer will continue. If you answer no, then you will be offered the chance to select a new ID from the master file or to enter a new ID number and name. Use the arrow keys to select an existing data file to transfer the new data to, or press the 'INS' key to make a new data file. The main menu shows you the current source data drive and the destination data drive/file. The choices are as follows: "TRANSFER DATA" Move the data from the laptop disk files to the destination file. "CHANGE DESTINATION Select another file DATA FILE" to send the laptop files to. You can either select an existing file or make a new one. "CHANGE SOURCE DATA Change to drive for the DISK" laptop source disk. Enter a 1-6 character file name first. It must be a unique name and cannot contain any punctuation characters. This name is used for the DOS file name. The program will not allow you to enter a duplicate file name. The second entry is for a 1-25 character descriptive file name that you will be using to actually access this file from this point on. You can either use the arrow keys to select an existing cemetery and press the "ENTER" key to select it, or you can press the "INS" key to enter a new cemetery to save the laptop data to. Enter the cemetery ID number which must be a unique number. (The program won't allow you to enter a duplicate number so this won't be a problem.) Then enter the cemetery name and any special data such as directions on how to get to it. Enter the drive/path to where the laptop data files are located. Examples: A:\ C:\temp\ DUP_HLP FILE_HLP MAIN_MNU] SEL_CEMT\ SRC_HLP UPD_FILE UPD_LOC O
