Does it take a long time for your modem to dial after the "Dialing"
message appears on the screen?

Does it take a long time for your modem to drop you out of Prodigy
so you can return to your menu or whatever you are using?

If you want to remove these delays, here is how to:
(Information came right from Prodigy Technical Services)

Use either EDLIN or any text editor and look in Prodigy's file:
                     "Config.sm"
if you see a line that starts with "248,000,,2400,,,,,,,66,100,,,,"
remove the entire line!

This also needs to be done on the file:
                     "Modems.txt"

After doing this, there should only be about 5 seconds delay going
into and out of Prodigy.
