Customizing Your Display
It's easy to change the appearance of Web pages.
To change fonts
- From the View menu, choose Options.
- Choose the Appearance tab, if necessary.
- Under Page, specify the font you want to use for each of the
following:
- Proportional Font is the font used for most text.
- Fixed-Width Font is the font used for fixed-width text
- Choose OK.
To change the display of links
- From the View menu, choose Options.
- Choose the Appearance panel, if necessary.
- Under Shortcuts, specify the color of the following:
- Not Yet Viewed is the color of links to pages that you have not viewed.
- Already Viewed is the color of links to pages that you have already viewed.
- Choose OK.
To underline hypertext links
- From the View menu, choose Options.
- Choose the Appearance tab, if necessary.
- Select the Underline Shortcuts check box.
- Choose OK.
To specify custom colors
- From the View menu, choose Options.
- Choose the Appearance tab, if necessary.
- Select the Use Custom Colors check box, and then click the sample boxes to choose your colors.
- Choose OK.
Note- These colors will be used when a page does not specify its own background or text color.
