To import a Business Card

The Business Card is simply a file in vCard format that can be used in a wide variety of digital devices and operating systems.

  1. In the Address Book, click the File menu, point to Import, and then click Business Card (vCard).

  2. Locate the business card file on your computer or a network drive.

    When the Business Card is added to the address book, a properties dialog box appears and you can modify or add to the contact information as necessary.
