Reporting Bugs

To report a bug, send an e-mail to Sambar Technologies and include the following information:

Problem description (please be as detailed as possible)
Sambar Server version number
Operating system and operating system version number
Any error message(s) from the server.log file
Reproducible case or the URL to a server that reproduces the problem
Daytime and/or evening phone number (optional)

Asking Questions

If you have a question about the Sambar Server which is not answered by the documentation, send an e-mail to Sambar Technologies. There is no guarantee that your question will be answered unless you have purchased support.

Developers can purchase support from Sambar Technologies. To do so, simply send an e-mail to Sambar Technologies and include the following information:
