A reliable product Tobit Software was founded in 1986 and is one of the world-wide leading manufacturers of 32-bit client/server communication software. The Tobit Software products are sold world-wide over distributors, authorized resellers and OEM partners. Already since 1988 Tobit Software has been dealing with the subject of faxing on networks. The first »FaxWare« required a dedicated fax gateway which was available to all users on the network. In 1991 »FaxWare 2.0« was introduced. Operated under DOS, it no longer required a fax gateway. In 1993 »FaxWare v3.0« was introduced, currently working as an NLM on the Novell server and supporting up to 64 exchange lines simultaneously. In the meantime, things have changed a lot. Just a few examples: NetWare 4 with NDS support, Windows 95, Windows NT, and ISDN. With »FaxWare 4« we have adapted to these developments and are introducing a product meeting today's requirements. Of course, hundreds of new ideas have been included in FaxWare. In addition to an HP-PCL converter (called PCL Conversion Server) the optional OCR Server is definitely a good argument in favor of a »complete fax solution«. We have many years of experience with server based fax solutions. With FaxWare you know that you are buying a software which has already overcome all its "childhood diseases". In addition the product is constantly being adapted to the current system environments through new ideas and suggestions for improvement from developers and users.
