- Fixed a bug in the IP number generator.  The program will now randomly
  select an IP number BEFORE assigning it to the appropriate variable in
  error #6.

- Fixed the ABOUT form so that the user can read my e-mail address.

- SYSTEM CRASH!  I had to rewrite the program from scratch. In the process,
  I placed another timer in the program to determine the duration at which
  the program will generate numbers.  Thus, setting the values to SUPER and
  2 SECONDS will delay error messages for a long time!

- Added 20 new error messages bringing the total up to 50.

- Recompiled fweg using VB5 Pro 32bit.  You now do not need the
  32 bit libraries (Hooray!)
- Added a cool routine that tiles an image on the background.
- NEW NEW NEW! Added the dreaded "Windows has performed an illegal
  operation and will be shut down" dialog box! You'll swear it's
  the real thing!  It even includes a DETAILS button to make it look
  totally legit.
