The file Disk-1.exe is a self extracting file.  To extract it to a floppy run 
the following command:

Place a blank; formatted 1.44Mb floppy disk in drive A: or B: then
type disk-1.exe a:\ or disk-1.exe b:\ (depending on your floppy drive)

Repeat the same steps for the second disk subsituting disk-2.exe for 
disk-1.exe ...
