Problem Solved:

-In 640x480x256 mode with type SVGA TFT panel, go to DOS full screen and
  can't switch to simulSCAN. PDR #4243

-Run QBASIC.EXE GORILAS.BAS, press Alt+Enter or Alt+Tab keys to switch
  between DOS and Window, system hangs. PDR #4300

-In some customers' laptops 8x6 DSTN, setting 640x480x64K color mode shows
 garbage. PDR #4298

-DOS full screen doesn't come up when setting to full screen as default in
 Panel->Console. PDR #4292

-System hangs when running Winbench96(GWM BitBlt SRCCOPY) test. PDR #4295

-System hangs when running Winbench96 SimulSCAN or LCD with VGA DSTN and TFT 
 panel in 3V. PDR #4294, 4272

-With VGA TFT attached in SimulSCAN, testing out of range display resolution 
 truns LCD orange and locks up system. PDR#4264

-Display test in 256 colors interlaced modes lock up system in LCD. PDR#4229

-Set to some standard modes in DOS full screen shows garbage or timing is off.

-Display lists incorrect refresh rates for 1024x768. PDR #4079

-In 640x480x256 mode with type VGA SSTN panel, go to DOS full screen and
  can't switch to simulSCAN. PDR #4263

-Remove the options of 1024x768x64K mode at 60Hz, 70Hz and 75Hz under 
 color palette selection. PDR#4079

-In 640x480x64K color mode, set refresh rate to 72Hz, and the screen 
 comes up with icons corruption. PDR#3953

-In 640x480 resolution, any color modes, set refresh rate to 75Hz but
  measured at around 72Hz. PDR#4078

-System hangs when configuring to a mode that is not supported by the panel.

Windows NT 3.5x display drivers installation:
============================================

1. Select Control Panel from the Main group.
2. Select the Display icon.
3. Select Change Display Type.
4. Select Change from the Adapter Type area.
5. Select Other.
6. Place the Windows NT 3.5x Installation Disk into Drive A.
7. In the Models window it will display "Cirrus Logic's 754x 8/16 bpp".
8. Select Install and click "Yes" when the Installing Driver dialog box 
   appears.
9. When the Windows NT Setup dialog box appears, select drive A, and click 
   "Continue".

A message will appear stating that the drivers were successfully installed.  
Click "OK".  You must now restart Windows NT 3.5x.


Selecting resolution and color depth:
====================================

1. Select Control Panel from the Main group.
2. Select Display icon.
3. Select Color Palette to change between 16/256/64K colors.
4. To select desktop resolution size, go to the Desktop area and use the 
   slide bar to change resolution from 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and 
   1280x1024.
5. Select Test to test the resolution.  If the display test screen was good 
   then select "Yes" when the Test Mode dialog box appears.  If the display 
   test screen was bad then select "No".  Windows NT will give you an error
   message.
6. If the display screen was good and you selected "Yes", Windows NT 3.5x will
   prompt you to restart Windows NT 3.5x.


Known Problems
==============

-Toggling between DOS session and PM may produce unpredictable results.
