Support tab

The Support tab contains information about Kaspersky Lab's Technical Support and how to obtain assistance for problems with the application. The right section of the tab displays information about the application, the license key and the computer's operating system so that you can provide this information to Technical Support if required.

By following the links in the left section of the tab, you can:

send your questions to Kaspersky Lab's Technical Support;
send suspicious objects to Kaspersky Lab for analysis;
renew the license for Kaspersky Anti-Virus by installing a new license key.

How to... - general application reference.
Help - reference on performing tasks and troubleshooting.
Virus Encyclopedia - a link to www.viruslist.com website containing detailed descriptions of all currently known malware.
Kaspersky Lab's Website - a link to the Kaspersky Lab's website.
