Welcome to WordQuiz!

WordQuiz is a powerful tool designed to help you to master 
the vocabulary of a new language.

Use the program to build your own vocabulary documents and 
then use the vocabularies to practice your language skills 
in many different and challenging ways.

New version 3.0
===============

This major upgrade brings many new features to WordQuiz:

- Three practice modes, Study, Multiple Choice, and 
  Question & Answer.

- Change font of vocabulary document.

- Find and Replace

- Sort vocabulary

- Improved help file in the new HtmlHelp format. Requires
  Internet Explorer 3.02 or above to be installed on your
  computer. IE does not have to be your default browser.

- As always this upgrade is free to all registered users.

Version 2.1
===============

Mainly released to provide information about new 
possibilities to register WordQuiz on-line. Please see
below for more detailed information.

Some minor bug fixes and code refinements have also been
made.


Version 2.0 
===========

With this upgrade the power of WordQuiz is further enhanced. 

- A new cool toolbar with all the important commands.

- You now build your vocabulary documents in a fully editable
  grid. Easy to make corrections or other changes

- During the quiz you can now be given hints to the answer 
  if you need a little help in the beginning.

- As always this upgrade is free to all registered users.


Install:
========

Important: If you have installed a previous version of WordQuiz
it's recommended that you uninstall that version before installing
the new one (see below about how to uninstall).

Run the included Setup program. It will install WordQuiz in a 
directory you specify, and add supporting files to the Windows 
System directory.


Uninstall:
==========

Go to Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs. Select WordQuiz 
from the list and click the Add/remove... button.


Shareware:
==========

WordQuiz is distributed as shareware. You can use the program for 
evaluation purposes, but if you decide to keep it you have to pay 
a registration fee.

Before you register WordQuiz a reminder to do so will be shown from
time to time. Otherwise the program is fully functional. After 
you register the reminders will not be shown.

Full information on how to register is included in the help file, 
including order forms. Select Help Topics from the Help menu.

Different language versions of WordQuiz:

To date English and Swedish versions of the program are available. 
This reflects the language of the program itself (menu names, etc.) 
and does not limit your use of the program to practice any vocabulary.
