[ What is it? ]
 You right click on a WAV file and choose "[- Encode this WAV into an MP3 -]"
 OR You right click on an MP3 and choose "[- Decode this MP3 into a WAV -]"
 You can also RightClick on a directory or drive, and choose to encode any WAV
  files that are in that directory. All Method's of Encoding now have the option
  to encode then delete the .WAV(s).

[ To Install... ]
 Uninstall any older version.
 Extract to a temp dir.
 RightClick on Rc-MP3.inf and choose install.


[ What's new to v1.51? ]
 Fixed Out of Enviornment Space error when trying to set the bitrate
 Added option to set the Priority of encoding (6 different levels)

 Being able to encode any wav's found in a directory
 Option to have the .wav's deleted after encoding
