The stock company AKTIS a.s. has been introduced on the economy software market since 1991 and presently it belongs to the best known suppliers of economic systems for small and medium size companies in the Czech republic. Today is AKTIS a.s. represented by about 50 experienced and skilfull individuals who are engaged in development, testing, distribution and service of the system ABRA. The head office of this company is placed in Prague and subsidiaries are in Brno and Liberec. Besides there are contractual centres of the company AKTIS a.s. based in Ostrava, Olomouc, Lanskroun, Pardubice, Tabor, Plzen, Jihlava and Chomutov, which provide similar services as subsidiaries, i.e. above all distribution and services relating to ABRA systems.

ABRA Gold
The fundamental product of the company AKTIS a.s. is the software ABRA GOLD reliably solving economy, business and production routines of most companies. The system is formed by a moduli that can work independently. Connection of data upon their integration is substantial virtue of the system. This program is regularly updated in connection with changing legislation and developed on the bases of users' comments and requests. There is also possibility to operate the program in a multiversion, i.e. to administer all routines for more companies in one installation. The program is able also to work in a net-version on a local computer network and both could be even combined in a network multiversion. The programming environment is FoxPro 2.5 - it is a DOS application. Running under Windows 95 is possible without any trouble. A new windows application of ABRA Gold is just developed (Interbase + Delphi) and the distribution will start during the year 1999.

includes a HW key, diskettes or CD-ROM, SW superstructure of the system

Double-entry accounting
The central module in which data from all other moduli are collected. It enables to divide data according to the analysis account, departments, orders, trade cases and according to customers. It works also with foreign currencies. Contains also submodule for bank contact - payment orders and account listings - which supports modem communication (home banking). All usual printouts needed are available with possibility to modify them and so to adjust them according to individual needs.

Single-entry accounting
For small size companies there is a possibility to use simplier accounting method - single-entry accounting. This is in ABRA Gold supported as superstructure under the double-entry accounting.

Invoicing and cash
The module includes three basic agencies - dispatched invoices, received invoices, cash and also other related documents. It is also possible to work with documents in a foreign currency. Customs declarations agency is included as well.

Cash sale
Special module destinated for realisation of quick cash sale in a shop. The goal is to realise the sale with minimum of keyboard operations and in a shortest time. There is also possibility to use some peripheral devices as bar-code reader, customers display, money-box and a special small cash documents printer.

Storage and sales
It enables to have state of goods recorded on storage cards and to execute moves of goods. It includes received orders agency with a possibility to make reservation of ordered goods and dispatched orders with connection to a storehouse.

Address file
It serves for recording of customers and commercial partners. It is reflected in most of other moduli. Each customer has its own customer number which in connection with other agencies enables customer-orientated outputs and outlines.

Property
It includes record of investment (or small investment) property and all record-related functions (record of an attached document, wide possibilities of property division, tax and accounting depreciation, depreciation plan, property books, etc.)

Payroll (Wage and personal evidence)
Saves all personal information about emploees and their working relations. The basic of this module is then the monthly wage and salary calculation including all tax and assurance payments.

Post evidence
Consists of two main parts - recordings of post coming inside a company and recordings of post leaving outside a company. Gives you information who, when and what have sent, when the letter or package had left to the post office, what is the status of the package (sent, returned back, not accepted...) and so on. It can also calculate the post charges and give you an overview of the total charges divided by departments. The most work saving advantage is the possibility to print all forms needed by the post office.

Transport
On the basis of individual vehicles operation record it provides a complex outline concerning company internal transport, allows to issue collection invoices based on executed journeys, provides necessary outputs for costs monitoring, drivers wage agency, printing of journey books, monitoring of vehicles and their state and many other functions.

Production planning
It enables calculation and modelling of product costs, automatic forming of purchase price of a product and production plan calculation with economic analysis of an ordered plan. Technology processes, i.e. piece and output norms, a material price list and a row of codes, are groundworks for calculations

Production control
It's a continuation of the previous module Production planning. It is monitoring the real production process, allows to evaluate the differences between plan and reality. Direct connection to wage agency. ISO 9000 production documentation supported.
