Notes on the contents of the pages:
- The pages contain all the volumes or regulations promulgated in the given year, listed on the basis of various criteria
- From the view of the volumes you can enter the contents of the volumes and then the full wording of the regulations
- The full texts of the regulations will be retained for a period of 3 months from the date of distribution of the pertinent volume and will then be transferred to the archive (from which it is possible to order copies)
- The texts of annexes that are not type-set in the printing house, but printed by photo-setting, are not included
- When an amendment to a regulation is issued, the up-dated wording of the pertinent regulation including the amendment will be available after a short period of time (for a period of 1 month)
- Although these pages are prepared with the maximum care, it remains valid that ONLY THE PRINTED FORM OF THE COLLECTION OF LAWS IS LEGALLY BINDING
- The texts on the pages in the English version were translated from the Czech original by Madeleine ètulφkovß M.Sc., CSc., a native English speaker who has been translating Czech scientific works and legislation for almost 30 years. The chief criterion employed in the translations is the terminology employed in documents issued in Brussels by the European Union. Any comments or suggestions on the translation would be welcome, especially in relation to terms and concepts that do not have direct equivalents in English.
