Rsm_Dbic Syntax

rsm_dbic [/?] [/v] [/p]

Where:

/?

displays command-line help.

/v

displays information about Removable Storage objects as it checks for integrity.

/p

pauses the Removable Storage service, performs an integrity check, then continues the service after the integrity check is complete. This prevents Removable Storage from modifying the database, and potentially causing an erroneous inconsistency to be reported while the database is being checked.

Note

If this fails to pause or continue the Removable Storage feature, a warning message will appear. You will then need to manually either pause or restart the Removable Storage feature from the MMC Service snap-in.
