Kernprof.exe: Kernel Profiler

This command-line tool provides counters for and profiles of various functions of the Microsoft® Windows® 2000 kernel.

With Kernel Profiler, you can monitor details and frequency for each function the kernel calls, how often a process switches from User mode to Kernel mode, and, on a multi-processor computer, display information for each processor.

Kernel Profiler runs only on Windows 2000.
