Find Group Syntax

findgrp [your_domain] [USER_DOMAIN\username]

Where:

your_domain: is the domain from which the group information is retrieved. type localmachine to list groups on your local Windows 2000 Professional computer.
user_domain: is the domain that contains the user account.
username: is the name of the user.

Note

Your domain and user's domain can be the same. If they are not the same, your domain must trust the user's domain.
