You can directly edit SDP conference descriptions by clicking the SDP Blob button.
Note that in all cases where the SDP conference description is modified, the changes will only take effect on participants that join after the changes are made. In addition, any clients that have previously accessed the conference description on the ILS server must refresh their view of the ILS server before the changes will take effect.

Caution
Do not modify SDP conference invitations unless you understand them thoroughly.
