VS_CloseDict()       Close all open data dictionary files                 NEW

Description:

  VS_CloseDict() closes all of the open data dictionary files.

Syntax:     

  VS_CloseDict()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  VS_CloseDict() always returns NIL.
