VS_TextStd()         Returns the standard text color

Description:

  VS_TextStd() returns the standard text color of the currently selected
  palette.

Syntax:     

  c_Color = VS_TextStd()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  c_Color is a character expression that will contain the standard
  text color for the currently selected palette.

Notes:

  ? VS_TextStd()
