VS_PrintTst()        Tests the currently defined printer

Description:

  VS_PrintTst() allows the programmer to provide a way for the user to
  test his/her printer setup.

Syntax:     

  VS_PrintTst()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  VS_PrintTst() always returns NIL

Notes:
