VS_PackAll()         Removes deleted records from all databases

Description:

  VS_PackAll() will remove all deleted records in every database listed
  in the data dictionary.

Syntax:     

  VS_PackAll()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  VS_PackAll() always returns NIL

Notes:      

  This process may take quite some time!!

  VS_PackAll() assumes that all databases are currently closed!

Example:    

  VS_PackAll()
