VS_NtxAll()          Reindex all files listed in data dictionary

Description:

  VS_NtxAll() will deleted and re-create all index files for all
  databases listed in the data dictionary.

Syntax:     

  VS_NtxAll()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  VS_NtxAll() always returns NIL

Notes:      

  This process may take quite some time!!

  VS_NtxAll() assumes that all databases are currently closed!

Example:    

  VS_NtxAll()
