VS_HelpPrg()         Override PROCNAME() passed w/hotkey

Description:

  VS_HelpPrg() allows the programmer to override the default PROCNAME()
  passed to HELP and MAKEHLP functions by a hotkey.

Syntax:     

  VS_HelpPrg( c_NewProc )

Pass:       

  c_NewProc is a character expresion that should contain the name to
  use in place of the standard PROCNAME() passed to VS_HELP() and
  VS_MAKEHLP() by a hotkey press.

Return:     

  Nothing
