 Naming conventions for database aliases

Database alias names are suggested by R&R, based upon the name of the
database. Take this as a default, e.g. ACCOUNT. If you have to open the
database another time (opening a database in R&R more than once is no
problem), add a number to the alias, a.g. ACCOUNT2.

If you use a structure like this, preparing Runtime control records can
  be very straight forward.
