Int function

  DECLARATION:  Int(X : Real);

      PURPOSE:  Returns the integer part of the argument

         UNIT:  System

  RESULT TYPE:  Real

      REMARKS:  X is a real-type expression.  The result is the integer
                portion of X (X rounded down toward 0).
