                          GraphErrorMsg function

  DECLARATION:  GraphErrorMsg(ErrorCode : Integer);

      PURPOSE:  Returns a message string for the specified ErrorCode.

         UNIT:  Graph

  RESULT TYPE:  String

      REMARKS:  The message string returned corresponds with the error
                codes in the graphics system.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must first be in graphics mode.
