                             GetMaxY function

  DECLARATION:  GetMaxY

      PURPOSE:  Returns the Y resolution of the graphics driver and mode

         UNIT:  Graph

  RESULT TYPE:  Integer

      REMARKS:  The maximum Y resolution (bottom-most column) on a CGA
                system with 320x200 resolution would be 199.  Works well with
                GetMaxX for centering and boundary determination.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be in graphics mode.
