If you get this error message it is because the Updater cannot access the Internet.
Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet. Check your modem, ADSL or Cable modem and try to access webpages. If you are sure you are connected you may be located behind a firewall which prohibits the Updater from accessing the Internet. If you are using a firewall please make sure that the Updater is allowed to access the Internet.
