In this step, you specify the database that you want to link to the template. You can start a new database or use an existing database.
Select the type of database
The database can be a Microsoft Excel workbook or a Microsoft Access, Microsoft FoxPro, dBASE, or Paradox database. The appropriate ODBC driver must be installed and registered on your system.
Type the location and name
New database To start a new database, type a path and a file name. The database will contain a single table or worksheet.
Existing database Click Browse, and then locate the database file you want. If you use an existing database, the database must not contain more than 25 tables, and the categories of data you want to copy to the database must correspond to the existing database fields.
dBASE and FoxPro databases Select only the folder that contains the database. Do not include a file name in the Type the location and name of the database box.
