I can't connect to a data source

I have blanks in my merged information

I can't view or print all the entries in my data source

You might have a filter applied to the data source in this publication.

  1. On the Tools menu point to Mail Merge, and then click Filter or Sort.
  2. Click the Filter tab.
  3. Click Remove Filter.
