Install embedded fonts and print a font report

1. On the File menu, click Open, and then click the name of the publication you want to open.
2. Click Open.
3. Do one of the following:
   • To load all of the fonts, click OK.
   • To load only some of the fonts, click the name of each font that you don't want to load, and then click Don’t Load.
4. To print a report of the fonts that are used in the publication, click Print.

Notes

• If you choose not to install an embedded font, and then change your mind later, close the publication, and then repeat this procedure to display the Load Fonts dialog box again.
• Publisher installs the fonts you choose, and uninstalls the fonts when you close the publication.
