Find text

  1. Click in the text or table box that you want to search in.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Find.
  3. In the Find what box, type the text you want to find.
  4. Click the options you want.
  5. Click Find next.

Find and replace text

  1. Click in the text box or table frame that you want to search in.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Replace.
  3. In the Find what box, type the text you want to find.
  4. In the Replace with box, type the replacement text. To delete the text you're searching for, leave the box empty.
  5. Click Find Next to find the next occurrence of the text.
  6. Do one of the following:
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until Microsoft Publisher displays a message that you have reached the end of the text.
  8. When you're finished, click Close.
