Create a Web site
by using the Web site Wizard
- On the File menu, click New.
- In the task pane, click Web sites.
Create a Web site from scratch
- On the File menu, click New.
- Click Blank Publication.
- On the File menu, click Page Setup.
- Click the Layout tab.
- Under Publication type, click Web page.
Create a Web site by opening an existing HTML file
- On the File menu, click Open.
If you don't see the file you want, switch to the drive or folder it's in.
- In the Files of type box, click Web pages.
- Click the Web page you want to open, and then click Open.
