Move a page

In Microsoft Publisher, you cannot actually move a page to a different location in a publication. You can, however, insert a new page and then move existing content there.

  1. In the lower left, click the number of the page you want the new page to follow.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Page.
  3. Click After current page.
  4. Under Options, click Insert blank pages, and then click OK.
  5. In the page navigation control, located in the lower-left corner of the Publisher window, click the number of the page whose contents you want to move.
  6. On the Edit menu, click Select All.
  7. On the Edit menu, click Cut.
  8. In the page navigation control, located in the lower-left corner of the Publisher window, click the number of the page to which you want to move the content.
  9. On the Edit menu, click Paste.

Note   If you want to remove the blank page that now exists, in the lower left, click that page number, and then click Delete Page on the Edit menu.
