How?Rounds a number up, away from 0 (zero).
Syntax
ROUNDUP(number,num_digits)
Number is any real number that you want rounded up.
Num_digits is the number of digits to which you want to round the number.
Remarks
If num_digits is greater than 0 (zero), then number is rounded up to the specified number of decimal places.
If num_digits is 0, then number is rounded up to the nearest integer.
If num_digits is less than 0, then number is rounded up to the left of the decimal point.
Example

How?
- Create a blank spreadsheet.
- Select the example in the Help topic.
Selecting an example from Help
- Press CTRL+C.
- In the spreadsheet, select cell A1, and press CTRL+V.
- To switch between viewing the formula that returns the result and the result in the cell, select the cell and press F2 and then ENTER, or click Commands and Options on the spreadsheet toolbar, click the Formula tab, and look in the Formula in active cell (active cell) box.
