Clear cell contents

1. In the design window, make sure the spreadsheet is activated. For instructions, see Help for your design program.
2. Select the cells that you want to clear.
3. Press DELETE.

Tip

Clearing cell contents deletes values and formulas, but does not delete formatting. To delete values, formulas, and formatting, select the cells and then click Cut .
